It is a blend that is used in tea ceremonies where you can enjoy the rich aroma in the original flavor of matcha tea leaves with a moderate sweet taste.
*Ousu: Matcha that is lightly brewed with a smaller amount of matcha compared to koicha.
Choosing the Optimal Size
Our matcha is nitrogen-flushed to lock in freshness. However, once opened, oxidation inevitably diminishes its flavor—no matter how tightly resealed. To ensure you always serve the highest quality cup, we recommend bulk bags only if you can finish them within 10 days of opening.
If your consumption is slower, purchasing multiple 50g sizes is the ideal solution. It guarantees a fresh, newly opened batch every time, while also making daily sifting much easier. Please select the size that best fits your consumption rate.

Matcha is sensitive to light, moisture, and odors.
After opening, keep it tightly sealed in a container or pouch and store in a cool, dark place. For the best color and aroma, we recommend using it soon after opening.
For long-term storage before opening, you may refrigerate or freeze it. Please let the package return to room temperature before opening, as condensation can affect the quality.
