Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible cases include defective items, items different from those you ordered, or other situations that we reasonably deem unavoidable. In such cases, we will verify the situation and cover the cost of replacement shipping and/or the product price, and take appropriate action such as resending the item.

Please note that handmade works by artisans may vary in color, size, and texture. Returns or exchanges for these reasons cannot be accepted.

For international orders, please note that customs duties or other related charges may apply depending on the destination country or region. These costs shall be borne by the customer, and we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
