Tsujiki is one of Japan's leading matcha producers, with honors that include the Prime Minister's Award, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, and a gold medal in the matcha category of the Japanese Tea Selection Paris.

For this release, we have prepared their finest cultivar, Goko, as a single-origin matcha.

Goko is known for its very elegant aroma and its rich umami and sweetness.
The window for harvesting it is short and it is difficult to produce at a high standard, which makes it a rare cultivar even in terms of volume.
