Now creating glassworks together with his wife, Hashimura is best known for his “CRACK” series, which incorporates crackle patterns formed by rapid cooling—a technique known as ice crack. The result is a shimmering surface that plays with light, casting intricate reflections and shadows.

Frosted glass adds a different depth and allure compared to clear glass, subtly enhancing the colors of drinks and the mood of the table. Combining softness with a quiet strength, his handcrafted pieces bring an understated elegance to everyday life.
