【 Notice & Storage Instructions 】
At YUGEN, we traditionally offer matcha aged for over six months after harvest. However, due to a recent increase in demand, we are offering freshly harvested 2025 matcha this year.
You may notice a vibrant aroma characteristic of new matcha, though its umami flavor may be lighter compared to aged matcha. For a deeper, richer taste, we recommend enjoying it from autumn onward.
Store your tea in a cool, dark place, away from humidity, direct sunlight, and strong odors.
